We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Oversee budgeting processes and provide variance analysis
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financiais systems
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management
- Must be bi-lingual in English and Indonesian Language
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and Excel
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
