As a Sales Engineer, you’ll collaborate with technical and commercial teams to drive business development, build client relationships, and support customized solution offerings. Based in our Houston office—our center of excellence for renewable energy and energy transition projects—you'll be part of a global mission to shape a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through research and proactive outreach.
Develop and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with client needs.
Participate in virtual and in-person meetings to gather requirements and present offerings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and documentation of sales activities.
Gain deep knowledge of our automation and digitalization portfolio to articulate clear value propositions.
Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns focused on key industry sectors.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software or related).
2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering environment, with exposure to sales, proposals, and client engagement.
Passion for transitioning into a front-end sales role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
