Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of MarianaOS.

This role is for a strong PM who's excited about the breadth of what we're building but isn't yet sure which part of the system is the best fit. We'll figure out together through the interview process which areaCapital ProjectOS, PlantOS, or MineOSis the right match for your background and interests.

Youll work with an unusually diverse set of stakeholders: geologists, metallurgists, chemical engineers, construction managers, plant operators, ML engineers, and software developers. Youll need to build credibility across these disciplines, translate between their different worldviews, and ship software that works in highstakes production environments.

This is a senior role. We're looking for someone who can operate independently, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and own outcomes endtoend.

The Platform: MarianaOS

MarianaOS is the digital nervous system for mineral projects. It spans the full lifecyclefrom capital project execution through autonomous operations:

Capital ProjectOS coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for multihundredmilliondollar infrastructure projects. It breaks down silos, brings LLMs into engineering workflows, and enables smaller teams to deliver largescale projects without the cost overruns that plague the industry.

PlantOS is our autonomy platform for fixedplant mineral processinglithium refining, SXEW, flotation, and beyond. It uses reinforcement learning to dynamically optimize recovery, throughput, and efficiency in ways humancontrolled facilities cannot.

MineOS covers mining operations from planning through autonomous executionconnecting geologic models to mine plans to drill/blast/haul/crush/stack operations, moving toward nohumanintheloop for routine mining tasks.

These arent separate productstheyre an integrated system that treats minerals production as a single coordinated operation.

What Youll Do

• Shape product strategy : Work with leadership to define what we build, in what order, across the MarianaOS platform
• Go deep on one area : After initial exposure across the platform, own the roadmap for Capital ProjectOS, PlantOS, or MineOS based on your interests and where you can add the most value
• Stakeholder management : Build relationships across engineering, operations, and field teamsunderstand their workflows, translate their needs, and keep them aligned
• Crossfunctional delivery : Partner with software engineers, ML engineers, and domain experts to ship solutions that work in production
• User research : Spend time at project sites, processing facilities, and mines to understand how work actually happens
• Drive clarity : Break down complex problems, define scope, make tradeoffs explicit, and keep teams focused on what matters

What Were Looking For

Must Have

• 58+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping impactful products
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams through ambiguous, complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to go deep on technical domains and build credibility with engineers
• Strong prioritization and tradeoff skillsyou know when to say no
• Comfort with fastmoving environments and willingness to travel to operating sites

Nice to Have

• Background in chemical engineering, mining engineering, process engineering, or related technical field
• Experience with industrial software, IoT, process control, or autonomous systems
• Familiarity with MLpowered products or dataintensive systems
• Experience in mining, energy, construction, chemicals, or heavy industry
• Track record of digital transformation work in traditional industries
