Canvasser - Solar Campaign

About the Role:

Marcom Lumen & Co is expanding our Solar Campaign across the Southeast and hiring energetic Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent one of the fastest-growing industries—clean energy—by connecting homeowners and community members with solar solutions that help reduce energy costs and support a sustainable future.

This is a field-based outreach role with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for travel and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for solar consultations through door-to-door canvassing, retail marketing, events, and street team outreach

   

• Educate community members on clean energy benefits and available solar programs

   

• Pre-qualify homeowners and collect accurate lead information using CRM tools

   

• Represent Marcom Lumen & Co and our solar partners in a professional, approachable way

   

• Meet or exceed weekly campaign and outreach goals

Comfortable speaking with the public and building rapport quickly
Experience in canvassing, retail promotions, events, or field marketing is a plus—but not required
Reliable, adaptable, and goal-oriented
Must be comfortable working in public spaces and traveling locally
