Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Worker which require Rotating Shift to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

  • *Job Title:** Production Worker Rotating Shift
  • *Location:** Harrisonburg, VA
  • *Pay Range:** $23.93
  • *Shift:** 2 2 3 rotation, night shift 6:45pm to 7am, 36 hours week 1, 48 hours week 2
  • *What's the Job?**
  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with operating manuals to produce high-quality products
  • Follow all safety, OSHA, USDA, FDA, DEQ, and Ariake regulations and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including cleaning utensils and equipment
  • Complete and document production paperwork accurately and timely
  • Assist team members to ensure efficient production processes and promote teamwork
**What's Needed?**
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of production experience
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to lift at least fifty pounds
  • Skills in machine operation and material handling
  • Ability to pass background check and urine drug screen
