Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
- *Job Title:** Production Worker
- *Location:** Buffalo Grove, IL
- *Pay Rate:** $21.26
- *Shift:** 3rd shift, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
- *What's the Job?**
- Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards
- Move parts and materials to ensure smooth material flow within the work area
- Rotate between different operations within a work cell and across departments
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Report any process or method deviations to supervisors promptly
**What's Needed?**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
- Dependable transportation to and from the work site
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
