Welder
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Welder
Location: Wheaton, MN
Pay Range: $20+/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 pm
What's the Job?
- Practice and promote a safe work environment throughout the entire facility
- Read and interpret customer blueprint specifications to understand product requirements
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Set up components for welding according to order specifications
- Weld components efficiently and safely using various welding equipment
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent degree
- 3-5 years of Aluminum TIG and MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to obtain welding certifications as needed
- Ability to recognize safety concerns
- Strong coordination and judgment skills
