Welder
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-focused mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills that align well with the organization.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Weld units and components using established procedures and standard welding methods.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and welding symbols.
- Set up, operate, and adjust welding machines and positioning equipment.
- Perform gouging operations, material preparation, and weld testing as authorized.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Documented welding certification required; 2G certification accepted, 6G preferred.
- Must pass a 2" pipe welding test (WPS 30-112 - short arc and spray).
- Certification in two or more welding processes, including GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick), SAW, GTAW (TIG), RSW, or stud welding.
- Ability to read measuring tools, interpret blueprints and schematics, and perform basic math calculations.
- Strong knowledge of welding equipment, hand tools, material preparation, alloys, and safe rigging practices.
