Welder Position
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of truck and trailer parts and frames. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Rice Lake, WI
Pay Range: $20.37 - $23.63 hourly
Shift: First shift M-TH 6am - 4pm
What's the job?
- Welding metal and steel components for truck and trailer parts and frames
- Utilizing wire feed and MIG welding techniques to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Inspecting welded parts to meet safety and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
What's needed?
- Experience in welding, particularly MIG and wire feed welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
