Welder
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and engineering, is seeking a welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Pearland, TX
Pay Range: $16-24 DOE
Shift: Days (01:00-16:00)
What's the Job?
- Perform welding tasks in the manufacture of products to conform with specifications and certification requirements
- Weld production and prototype instrumentation piece parts using various welding processes such as TIG and MIG
- Operate program welding machines to weld production units
- Set up fixtures and lay out work for production and prototype parts
- Troubleshoot problem welding areas and ensure quality standards are met
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of related welding experience
- Must obtain and maintain welding qualification and certification per product requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
