Welder
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated welder to join their team. As a welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the job?
- Weld production and prototype instrumentation piece parts using various welding processes including TIG and MIG.
- Operate program welding machines to produce high-quality welds for production units.
- Assist machine welding operators with higher volume production tasks when workload demands.
- Perform destructive and non-destructive testing to ensure weld quality and certification compliance.
- Set up fixtures and lay out work for manufacturing and prototype parts.
What's needed?
- Ability to pass a 1G open root test on 3 sch. 80 316ss minimum, with potential progression to 6G proficiency.
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and grow in welding skills and certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Prior experience in welding or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
