Manufacturing Product Rework Inspection

Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Rework Inspector to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Finished Goods department supporting the field repair team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Line Product Rework

Location: Jacksonville, FL  - Westside

Pay Range: $16.75

What's the Job?

• Perform back sheet and string connector repairs following SOP guidelines.
• Conduct reliability tests and verify repairs to meet company standards.
• Prepare and set up tools and equipment at repair sites for efficient operations.
• Operate equipment such as generators and solder stations during repair work.
• Document repair activities and provide comprehensive reports on work completed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical or solar systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in solar system repairs, electrical systems, or similar technical fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools and materials used in field repairs.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety protocols and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight as required.
