THE ROLE: ENTRY LEVEL FIELD REP (APPOINTMENT SETTER)

You’ll represent our “Diamond Standard” service in high-end neighborhoods.

What You’ll Actually Do:

✔ Walk targeted neighborhoods with a team
✔ Start friendly conversations (we give you the script)
✔ Educate homeowners about solar savings
✔ Set appointments — our senior consultants close them
✔ Get paid based on the quality of the appointment

No cold calling. No hard selling.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

Top beginners (18–23 years old) are hitting:

• $1,800–$2,500/week
