Associate - Growth Equity, Climate/Industrial Decarb

Madison Hunt is partnering with an innovative Growth Equity firm that is looking to hire an Investment Associate as they expand their US presence. The firm is a West Coast-based growth equity climate & sustainable infrastructure platform led by two seasoned infrastructure professionals. With a strong team already in place, the firm is poised for continued success. The Investment Associate will be a key addition, contributing to the execution, growth, development, and strategic direction of the platform.

The fund focuses on corporate and project-level investments across diverse sectors, including Infrastructure, Energy Transition/Climate, Environmental Services & Technology, and Sustainable Agriculture & AgTech.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join an early-stage investor operating in an active and rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project/structured finance, private equity, or structured equity
• Industry experience in a relevant sector is highly preferred
• Strong passion for energy transition, climate, and sustainability
• Must be based in or open to relocating to San Francisco or Seattle
