Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage a team of warehouse staff, and optimize storage and distribution processes. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Knowledge of logistics, shipping processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations
• Proficiency in using inventory and warehouse software, such as ERP systems, is an advantage
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing operational costs is a plus
