The Opportunity (Full-time / Part-time role)

We are looking for a VP Supply Chain Decarbonization, a senior industry leader who can help shape and lead Made2Flow’s next phase of growth. 

This is not a traditional sales or business development role.

We are looking for someone who can become the face of Made2Flow - an expert who deeply understands supply-chain decarbonization, has strong relationships with senior sustainability leaders, and can engage credibly with executives on how to accelerate the transition to lower-impact supply chains.

You will be part of the decision-making team at Made2Flow, working closely with the founders to shape our market strategy, identify new opportunities, and help determine where and how we should play.

This is an opportunity to join a company with proven technology, strong customer traction, and a leading market position to help take Made2Flow to the next level and accelerate impact reduction across the fashion industry. 

We ideally envision this as a full-time position, but we are also open to exploring a part-time engagement with the right person. 

Key Responsibilities

• Thought Leadership & Industry Presence - Build Made2Flow’s profile as a leading voice in fashion supply-chain decarbonization through industry relationships, events, and compelling thought leadership.
• Commercial Growth - Drive global expansion by developing strategic relationships with leading fashion brands, opening new opportunities and building a strong qualified pipeline.
• Strategy & Product Direction - Work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape company strategy, market priorities, positioning, and the evolution of Made2Flow’s offering.
• Strategic Partnerships - Build an ecosystem of industry, technology, and advisory that strengthens Made2Flow’s position and accelerates industry adoption.

You Bring

• 15+ years of relevant experience in sustainability and supply-chain decarbonization in fashion.
• Fluency in sustainability frameworks, including GHG Protocol, PEF-CR, SBTi, and CSRD.
• Experience working with or advising large enterprises on sustainability and decarbonization.
• An established network among senior sustainability professionals within leading global fashion brands.
• Strong commercial and strategic instincts, with a demonstrated history of closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• The confidence and credibility to represent Made2Flow externally as a subject-matter expert.
• Willingness to travel.

• Compensation: €150,000–€180,000 gross annual salary for a full-time position, depending on experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.
