Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful infrastructure and land development projects that shape communities and enhance quality of life. Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects including site development, municipal infrastructure, and public works. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control from proposal through construction. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and junior staff. Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role. ~ Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. ~ Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes. ~ Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar platforms. Experience with municipal clients, land development, or water/wastewater infrastructure. Business development experience and a strong professional network in the region.
