Key Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for infrastructure, commercial, and environmental projects
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
PE license (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 6 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
