We are a leading geotechnical contractor specializing in ground improvement, deep foundations, earth retention, and site stabilization across the Northeast. With a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects, we're expanding our team in Buffalo and seeking a driven Project Manager to lead complex geotechnical construction projects from concept to completion. As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of geotechnical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll work closely with engineers, field crews, clients, and subcontractors to manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field ~Proven track record managing ground improvement, piling, or earth retention projects ~ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) ~ OSHA certification and PMP preferred Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, 401k, PTO)
