Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a self-generating sales environment. You will focus on building relationships with businesses, identifying their energy needs, and providing tailored solar solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and target commercial clients, independently generating leads and building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their energy needs.
- Solution Selling: Educate clients on Lunex Power Inc.’s solar products, including installation, maintenance, and our PowerCare+ program, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and contracts, collaborating with internal teams to align technical capabilities with client requirements.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in renewable energy technology.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
