Role Description The Production Manager – topcon Solar Cell will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations for solar cell production at the Brahmapur facility. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning and managing production schedules, ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. The role includes supervising production teams, coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to minimize downtime, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Production Manager will monitor process performance, implement continuous improvement initiatives, manage inventory related to solar cell production, and prepare regular reports on output, costs, and compliance. Collaboration with engineering and R&D teams to support process optimization and new product introductions is also an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in production topcon solar cell management or operations in manufacturing, preferably in solar cells, electronics, or energy solutions.
- Knowledge of production planning, process control, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse production teams, with skills in people management, training, and performance supervision.
- Proficiency in using production management tools, ERP systems, and basic data analysis for monitoring output and quality.
- Understanding of quality management systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications in operations or manufacturing are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
