Thermal Engineer
Role: Senior engineering leader driving thermal systems + process scale-up for advanced materials / electrochemical technology
Focus: Design and optimize heat transfer, thermal management, and energy balance across pilot → commercial manufacturing
Impact: Ensure stable temperature control, safe operation, and scalable reactor / process performance
Key needs:
- Deep thermal engineering / heat transfer expertise in industrial or electrochemical environments
- Experience scaling thermally intensive processes (reactors, furnaces, kilns, drying, calcination, etc.)
- Ability to bridge modeling, experimental validation, and plant implementation
