Senior Accountant | Renewable Energy | Central Oregon | $100K–$125K

A fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Senior Accountant to help accelerate the month-end close process, improve reporting, and drive accounting process improvements.

This is a highly visible role reporting to the Controller and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Manage general ledger and intercompany accounting
  • Analyze financial results and investigate unusual variances
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and job costing
  • Assist with audits and strengthen internal controls
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and help improve systems and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in construction, manufacturing, or field services
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems; CPA/CMA is a plus
