Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Program Management
This position requires an experienced analytics professional with a deep understanding of data-driven Quality Management preferably in the Manufacturing Supply Chain and a passion for working on EV. You Will:
- Process building & optimization: Spearhead the development and refinement of supplier industrialization processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, from business units to engineering departments. Ensure the integrity and reliability of data throughout these processes, applying best practices to achieve system-wide efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams to socialize new data analytics business processes within the Supplier Industrialization organization.
- Build ETL and KPI dashboards and ensure that visualization provides effective data storytelling that will enable informed executive-level decisions and initiate changes.
- Perform data analysis/forecasting/machine learning to generate business insights enhancing informed decision making.
- Perform daily data compliance audits, daily follow-up with SIE & other key stakeholders for necessary updates and provide hands-on training and coaching on KPI dashboards.
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
- Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact.
- Be willing and can travel to Lucid Motors manufacturing & support sites globally on short notice for an extended period.
You Bring:
- Master's Degree in Math or Statistics or Economics or related fields
- 3-5 years of data analytics work experience
- Exceptional in communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of AWS technologies, Jira, SAP
- Proficiency in JMP, Python, Minitab is a big plus
- Previous work experience in Supply Chain & Operations
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt certifications
- Exposed to QMS systems, PPAP, APQP, Supplier Audits.
