Sr. Transaction Operations Specialist - Fleet
We are currently seeking a Fleet Transaction Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations Team. As a Fleet Transaction Operations Associate, you will handle registration and title applications for Lucid customers, internal fleet vehicles, vehicle repurchases, and all related transactions. This person will also work to increase efficiency and support customer-facing employees both at headquarters and in the field. In addition, you will be a subject matter expert in fleet vehicle contracts, including a clear understanding of sales tax and vehicle registration transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Fleet Sales, Delivery, and Fleet Operations teams to ensure all necessary documents related to vehicle purchases are complete and accurate.
- Prepare and review customer Purchase Agreements, disclosures, and vehicle DMV documents for deliveries.
- Administer and finalize DMV transactions for fleet-related vehicle purchases across all states, collaborating with business partners to manage the internal Lucid fleet registrations and titles.
- Support various stakeholders in processing repurchased vehicles and lemon law titling, working closely with Legal, Customer Relations, and Delivery teams.
- Assist with the operational buyback process, providing essential guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Record information and ensure data quality across multiple systems.
- Act as an authority on vehicle taxes and fees, staying updated on state changes.
- Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
- Oversee the operational aspects of each sales transaction, understanding the complexities of the process flow.
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience with In-State Dealership Title and Registration, preferably with Fleet transaction experience.
- Dealership Business Office administration or Dealership Finance Assistant preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in processing Title and Registration, Sales Contract Processing and other Sales and DMV documents.
- Passion for the customer experience and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience.
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity with an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional weekends.
