We’re currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for the Product Engineering division. This position requires a passion for data integrity, people development, stakeholder management and workflow continuity. You’ll leverage your background as a hands-on recruiting SME to influence best practices at scale. With a recent background directly managing top performers, you’ll have an opportunity to coach/develop a team of world class EV recruiters.

The focus will be on Hardware Engineering, ideal backgrounds will include functional staffing experience with BIW, Interiors, Exteriors, Chassis, Powertrain, Vehicle Development, Battery, Safety…etc.

Please note this is a hybrid position out of Newark, CA.

You Will:

  • Drive staffing for a group of verticals within the Hardware Engineering org.
  • Manage a team of recruiters to streamline KPI’s.
  • Develop a cadence for communicating progress to key stakeholders.
  • Define staffing priorities and req allocation.
  • Design creative solutions to unblock funnel conversion bottlenecks.

You Bring:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle (end to end) technical recruiting experience or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience in a relevant hardware or software vertical (Electric Vehicle, OEM, Autonomous Driving...ect).
  • Ability to work independently and sort through ambiguity.


  • EV, AV or Automotive recruiting experience.
  • Flexibility to work onsite (HQ) as appropriate.
  • Strong data hygiene.

Salary Range
: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
  • California (Bay Area) - $131,000 to $187,000 on an annual basis

: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
