Sr. Product Manager, Charging Infrastructure
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to setup, manage and grow our internal and external charging infrastructure. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellence and successful project delivery and leadership. The candidate demonstrates strong organizational capability and the ability to command respect from the talented teams he or she will help lead and coordinate. The ideal candidate will communicate proactively, so each individual team member remains aware of the timing and delivery expectations placed upon them, and that critical issues are identified and brought to the attention of senior management in a timely manner.
The Role:
- Lead and support a cross-functional team to deploy, operate, and manage private and semi-public charging infrastructure.
- Develop the necessary processes and requirements to install, commission, monitor, manage, support, and decommission charging infrastructure.
- Define hardware, software and backend requirements for next generation charging equipment ensuring it supports the private and semi-public use cases.
- Support the teams in their day-to-day activities including developing and refining strategies and planning resources accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and others, to identify potential partnership opportunities, incentives, grants, as well as leverage resources to support the growth of Lucid's charging services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting and analytics program to track the performance of Lucid's charging infrastructure. This will involve developing key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and reporting regularly to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- EV charging experience, including sound knowledge of EV charging standards, market roles and key players throughout the public charging value chain such as CPOs, eMSPs site hosts, roaming platforms and OEMs.
- Project/program management experience ideally in the EV charging domain.
- A history of adapting and success in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A drive to create world-class customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years experience, or MS ideally in an engineering discipline (electrical or software engineering, computer science, or similar)
