Role Summary

Lucid is seeking a detail-oriented, critical thinking, and self-starting analytics leader with both technical and business acumen to illuminate the performance and productivity of the Marketing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of measurement methods and media-mix modeling to optimize media spend on sales and subscriptions. The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will be the internal expert in measurement methodology, leveraging advanced econometrics and statistical methods to quantify media impacts and integrate diverse data sources.

As a leader with a strong technical background, you will oversee a team of hands-on practitioners, drawing insights and creating scalable data products and models to identify high ROI channels and tactics. You will utilize your business knowledge and functional expertise in advertising and media to drive revenue and business impact through data, analytics, and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing analytics roadmap to enhance forecasting, scenario planning, and performance measurement.
  • Lead planning, forecasting, and scenario-building efforts, leveraging 1P and 3P data to optimize marketing investments.
  • Coach teams to effectively use tools and dashboards for data exploration, hypothesis testing, and strategic planning.
  • Establish and manage SLAs for uptime and response times for analytics tools and marketing data platforms.
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and attribution frameworks to support CRM, Paid Media, Experiential, and website optimization.
  • Own and refine media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales Analytics, and cross-functional teams to develop secure, scalable marketing data infrastructure, pipelines, and ETLs.
  • Communicate data-driven insights to a range of stakeholders, from analysts to senior executives, through clear storytelling.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure streamlined data access, normalization, and governance using lean and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, decision science, or business intelligence, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive decision support roles such as consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Expertise in media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, customer lifetime value (CLV), segmentation, and propensity modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, R, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Salesforce Admin certification or extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive collaboration, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
