Service Supply Chain Process and Systems Manager
We are currently seeking a Service Supply Chain Process and Systems Manager to optimize our business processes. The role will be documenting our current processes, creating value stream mapping and recommending improvements, evaluating the efficiency of changes implemented and tracking project timelines to completion. To ensure success as a SC Process and Systems Manager, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the automotive industry or have extensive experience in a similar role. The goal for this role will be someone whose expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives. Key partners will include Supply Chain Planning and Service parts operations, PLM, NPI, Pricing and Costing, Finance and Accounting. Key technology partners include SAP IT, Sales Force, 3DX and other IT systems for B2B.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing reviews of end-to-end business processes, develop optimization strategies and build business case to implement those changes
- Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders by partnering with teams such as Procurement/Planning, Distribution, Finance, IT, etc.
- Evaluate business processes, define requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop or revise existing procedures and implement solutions related to supply chain functions.
- Define target state process & systems architecture through collaboration with stakeholders, and knowledge of industry best practices
- Define and prioritize projects in a logical roadmap to achieve the target state
- Build and lead a team of SC Process & Specification team members, focusing on improving customer satisfaction index and improving fill rates
- Lead delivery of transformation projects within the capability scope, including all required stakeholders and any external support required
- Experience working within and delivering process/system transformations in SAP S4 HANA, Sales Force, Transportation Management Systems and custom-built solutions
- Build strong relationships with business & technology partners to drive collaborative planning, execution
- Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
- Perform requirements analysis and monitor implemented changes and make adjustment to processes as needed.
- Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
- Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Present clear visual and analytical progress reports and integrating feedback.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Document process on our compliance management system and initiate DCRs when new revisions arise.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or in a related field.
- A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous.
- 5+ experience in Supply Chain operations and/or transformation
- Hands on experience with SAP S4 HANA, Sales Force, Service Material Planning capabilities, preferably in Automotive sector
- Proficient in flowchart and visual tools as Lucidcharts, Visio, and Microsoft Suites
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
