That’s why we need you, a Senior Finance Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. This position requires a highly collaborative individual with a good process and project management skills who will need to coordinate relationships across multiple functional areas.
You will be mentored by a Program Manager with extensive experience in Global Automotive industry. You will be empowered to resolve current issues and to develop coping strategies for the future. You will receive from your mentor guidance and coaching on relationship building, leadership, conflict management, problem solving and management presentation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments such as Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales & Marketing to collect data regarding project related issues.
- Build KPIs, Dashboards and Financial Models for Management reviews.
- Support Analytical analysis (Financial Modelling, Tracking, data management) as required.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more projects.
- Manage performance metrics to plan and coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete the project per plan.
- Escalate project risks to the Program Manager, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline
- 2+ years of project management/ finance/ accounting experience
- Work experience in Automotive/ Manufacturing/ Tech industry (optional)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
- Advanced oral and written communications skills
- Flexible team player with ability to work in cross-functional teams and across varying groups and organizational levels
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
- California (Bay Area) - $96,000 - $132,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
