Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; and permitting entry.
*This opening is for 2nd shift, from 2:30 - 11pm (shift differential will apply)*
The Role
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing/enforcing violators of policy and procedures, and looking out for trespassers.
- Crowd control for emergencies, such as medical/fire/disasters
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses
- Inspect and patrol premises regularly
- Monitor the property's entrance/exits
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Respond to alarms/emergencies/suspicious activities in a timely manner
- Provide aid to people in need
- Perform security equipment audits (i.e., door hardware, card readers, cameras, access badges, etc.).
- Provide a great customer experience with internal and external customers.
- Must be flexible with schedules to support security operational needs.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- First-aid CPR
- CA. BSIS Guard Card
- HS Diploma or GED required
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
California (Bay Area) - $27.00 per hour
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
