Our Corporate FP&A team is looking for Manager, Finance to lead our High Value Purchase Order and Deal Committee process. This candidate must have a solid academic background and a desire to influence a cleaner future through the electrification of the transportation sector. If you are detail-oriented, able to multitask and like to take on new challenges, then we want to talk with you!

Please note, this role is 100% onsite in Newark, CA.


You Will:

  • Lead the highly visible High Value Purchase Order and Deal Committee process for Lucid
  • Compile and manage large data sets of key financial information to analyze and drive management decision making
  • Meticulously manage inputs and the communication of outputs from the Company's financial operating model.
  • Actively participate with management to guide and influence long-term, strategic decision making.
  • Partner closely with the BU Finance teams (incl. Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Retail, G&A, Etc..) to understand financial inputs and facilitate alignment in critical operating decisions.
  • Additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting departments across the organization.
  • Provide new perspective to identify and propose opportunities for improvement across processes and business functions.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a top tier institution, preferred.
  • 8 years' relevant experience, with at least 4 years of preparing / presenting materials for Senior Executive Leadership.
  • Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to Senior Executive Leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to be collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing cross-functionally, creating effective internal business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated effective written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Established ability using Microsoft Office suite, particularly high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
