You’ll be responsible for all the traditional analysis of a compensation professional in addition to partnering with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid’s compensation programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with strategic decisions, execution of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization.

You Will:

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's reward programs (e.g., compensation, benefits, recognition) are competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyze data and develop reports on reward usage, program costs, and effectiveness to support decision-making and program design.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reward programs to support the organization's strategic objectives and reward high performers.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers on rewards-related matters.
  • Compile, analyze, review and audit reward data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to reward expenses, headcount, and turnover.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of broad-based compensation experience
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure in a deadline driven, rapidly changing organization
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills interacting with internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results.
  • Ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to leadership.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
  • California (Bay Area) - $95,000 - $130,000 per year
  • California (Non Bay Area), OR, WA, NY - $85,000 - $120,000 per year
  • All other eligible states - $75,000 - $110,000 per year

: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
