Lucid Motors is seeking an initiative-taking and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing both technical and non-technical talent, experience leading teams, and a proven track record of success in the automotive and/or start-up environment. As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leading a team of sourcing specialists, and collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

You Will:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure success in meeting hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies for each role.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and tools, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations, to expand our talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing and incorporate new techniques and tools into our recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at industry and hiring events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Prior experience working in an ever-changing environment with limited structure.
  • Experience creating and executing processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of sourcing specialists, with a track record of success in meeting hiring goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry and/or start-up environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma exp., preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to consider tradeoffs and cost/benefit when executing program work or drive team in a specific direction.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and insists on high quality of work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Has experience building foundational pieces of a Talent Acquisition organization from the ground up.
  • Experience using HR Software, preferably Greenhouse, Visier and SuccessFactors
