Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Inventory Controller to join the European Service Parts organization (After-Sales). This role will manage the daily aspect of the Service Parts inventory, maintain inventory integrity, oversee overall warehouse performance and drive strategic projects while implementing our Service Parts activity. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong automotive background. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled with IT Systems, detail-oriented and can build strong relationships to set the foundational processes to ensure the highest customer experience. Candidates will be expected to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
  • Implement and coordinate inventory strategy and processes for controlling and maintaining stock accuracy to support Lucid's Service organization
  • Collaborate with Global teams to define and implement inventory policy to Europe Service Parts ecosystem
  • Manage inventory and oversee flow for all items of Central and Local Service Parts warehouses in Europe, coordinating, monitoring and challenging performance of 3PL partner from product put away to picking
  • Manage stock integrity between the different IT systems and accountable for stock accuracy at Parts warehouses and Service Network
  • Support stock definition and level in the Service Center locations, provide guidance and trainings to Parts Advisors
  • Coordinate stock performance by collecting data from multiple Service Centers, warehouses and running various analysis (ABC analysis, picking path optimization, productivity, safety stock definition, …)
  • Coordinate with Warehouse / Service Center team to resolve stock discrepancies, research root causes of inventory discrepancies and identify process, system, and training improvements
  • Define and execute strategy to minimize potential obsolescence at the warehouses and Service center level and assist with forecasting EOL Service Parts
  • Ensure compliance of parts storage
  • Continuously improve efficiencies and create clear communications for leadership
  • Work with Service Purchasing and Planning to forecast European Service Parts inventory with the focus on "just-in-time" inventory levels at the warehouses and Service center levels
  • Support European Service Parts portfolio management and stock replenishment strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Purchasing, Warehouse, Parts Advisor, Delivery Coordinator, etc.
  • Run end-to-end integration testing for DMS implementation
  • Work closely with Service Systems Integration Team and stakeholders to support the testing and implementation of predictive parts replenishment software
  • SAP and WMS Super Key User
  • DMS Key User

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Stock management in an automotive after-sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System
  • Good knowledge of SAP with focus on stock management
  • HazMat storage European regulation certification
  • Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to organize and drive continuous improvement
  • Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
  • Willingness to travel between the different Service locations and warehouses
