Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Data Operations Analyst to join the European Service Parts organization (After-Sales) based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This role will be responsible for providing the right insights (reporting), data analytics, and for creating and continuously improving solutions to our operational challenges, developing, monitoring, and analyzing our departmental KPIs, and additionally for the accurate maintenance of reports to communicate to internal/ external stakeholders.
This role requires an experienced and analytical professional that can thrive in a start-up environment while quickly contributing to the development and implementation of mature functions. This analyst should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while leveraging data and business intelligence to drive decision-making and improvements. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, system and data-driven, and has operational experience within Supply Chain (i.e., Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, or Transport & Distribution) to support our team with administrative tasks relating to daily operations. We are looking for someone who will utilize their analytical skills to support team development and process optimization, analyze data to facilitate strategic decision making, and visually manage and report upon business KPIs.

The role:

  • Analyse and interpret data relating to supply chain operations, including inventory, transportation, and distribution.
  • Set, monitor, analyze & drive Service Parts Operations KPIs.
  • Create, develop, and maintain various reports such as Inbound, Outbound, OS&D, and Inventory.
  • Identify and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement in Supply Chain Processes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's Supply Chain Processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Analyst while maintaining multiple ERP systems & Databases
  • Competency and expertise in at least one or more areas of Supply Chain – across SC Strategy, SC Planning, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain Visibility & Analytics
  • Proven ability to develop and interpret business intelligence to drive decision making and improvements
  • Able to effectively work both individually and within a group in a-fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to travel occasionally (5-10%) to other locations (3PL warehouse, Service Centers, Studios) if needed for work & trainings
  • Proficient in Data Analytics tools like: Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL, RapidMinor.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce preferred, or equivalent ERP systems but also to have the ability to learn fast.
  • Must have an Analytical mind-set, Attention to Detail, Process-Driven, Organized with good Time Management Skills, Quality-Oriented
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Management Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus (i.e., Dutch, German, Norwegian, French)
