Home Perfromance Technician

Company seeks motivated A/C Technician to join our energy efficiency team as a Home Performance Technician. This position focuses on evaluating and improving residential HVAC systems through air sealing, duct leakage testing (duct blasts), and energy performance assessments. The role supports regional energy-efficiency initiatives in the Greater New Orleans area and contributes to improving comfort, health, and sustainability in local homes.
On-the-job and classroom training will be provided for qualified candidates, including instruction in building science principles, diagnostic testing, and energy retrofit techniques. It would be a plus to have a 2 year degree in a related field.

We do not layoff when the season changes.
