This is not a standard executive role. This is a Co-Founder mandate.
Partnering directly with the Founder (Lotus King), you will serve as the executive architect of an entirely new real estate asset class: The Sanctuary Suburb™. You will turn a regenerative, climate-resilient community design into a scalable, franchise-ready national model.

70M Series A** (Q1 2026) with sovereign wealth funds, climate investors, and ESG institutions.
?️ Development & Arbitrage: You will oversee the physical build, managing modular manufacturers and site engineering. You will leverage our regulatory tailwinds—using "Dignified Density" variances to turn low-value suburban land into high-yield, mixed-use assets.
? AI & Governance: You will guide the deployment of LotusMD™—our ethical AI compliance engine—ensuring our decisions reflect interfaith ethics, ecological harmony, and data-driven execution.The Co-Founder DNA (Who You Are):
? The Veteran: 10+ years of senior leadership (CEO/COO/President/VP) in real estate development, modular housing, climate-tech, or venture-backed startups.
? The Rainmaker: A proven capital-raising record taking companies from Seed to Series A/B.
? The Operator: Deep mastery of development operations, including entitlements, site engineering, and contractor management. Expertise in climate-aligned infrastructure is heavily preferred.
? The Polymath: You are highly comfortable leading a cross-disciplinary organization at the intersection of AI, ecology, high finance, and spiritual ethics.
