As Sustainability Lead for Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions, you will champion, coordinate and lead the development and execution of the Logitech Personal WorkPlace Solutions sustainability strategy and plans.

You will report to the Head of Design for Sustainability whilst working day to day with the Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions Leadership, Business, Product, Engineering and Design teams.

In this role you will:

  • Liaise within the sustainability team to consolidate Personal Workplace Solutions impact data and reduction goals. Cascade targets and KPIs to PersonalWorkplace Solutions teams.
  • Work closely with the Business, Engineering and Sustainability teams to lead the development of a sustainability strategy and roadmap that is aligned with and integrated to the Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions strategy and meets Logitech ambitious climate goals.
  • Follow up on the agreed roadmap working closely with the engineering teams to ensure on time completion and delivery of sustainable impact improvements.
  • Lead integration of sustainability thinking in new product development. Support the new product development teams in establishing and delivering on their sustainability targets. Work closely with the Design for Sustainability team to identify best practices, knowledge and tools required to proliferate a sustainability competency and approach adopted within product development teams.
  • Drive category insights consolidating consumer, competitor and retailer trends relative to sustainability.
  • Contribute to explorations defining mid and long term innovations on products, ecosystem and experiences relevant to the users, in close collaboration with the Product and Innovation team.
  • Lead the development of a sustainability innovation roadmap relevant to Personal Workplace Solutions strategy. Encourage, challenge and support teams on pushing the boundaries of sustainability innovation in existing and new product designs.
  • Work closely with the Sustainability team to coordinate Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions contribution to the overall Logitech Corporate Sustainability commitments .
  • Coordinate the overall sustainability program for Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions. Be the single point of contact for the program. Track KPIs and progress. Escalate challenges. Report progress to the Logitech Personal Workplace Solutions Leadership team.
  • Energize and engage all teams on sustainability.

Key Qualifications and skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Graduate degree in business, engineering and/or product design
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in sustainability. Additionally, program management, innovation or product development
  • Recognised leadership skills and strong ability to lead by influence. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and to both lead and collaborate in cross functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills. Ability to drive projects to completion across transversal teams with close tracking and follow up.
  • Self-starter with a high-degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in environmental sustainability. Passion to make a positive impact.
  • Strong strategic thinking. Ability to analyze data to identify focus areas. Strong business acumen and capable of big picture thinking. Decisive and able to deal with ambiguity, guiding other team members through it.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Best candidates will be curious, insightful, collaborative and creative.
  • Interest in electronics and technology. Strong understanding of product life cycle processes, engineering principles and design constraints. Ability to quickly grasp technology constraints and opportunities.
