Location: Greenville, NC (local field canvassing + events)
Schedule: Afternoons/evenings + select Saturdays (when homeowners are home)
Comp: $40,000/year base W-2 + performance bonuses, PTO, benefits

The Role

You’ll represent LMNT Energy in local neighborhoods and community events, educate homeowners on clean energy programs, and book consultations that turn into installs. Full training provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Door-to-door canvassing and local events to generate qualified consultations

  • Educate homeowners on incentives, savings, and the consult process

  • Own follow-ups and handoffs; keep clean notes in the CRM

  • Hit weekly activity and appointment targets; support team goals

  • Represent LMNT with integrity and professionalism

What Success Looks Like

  • Daily activity: ~100–120 doors/day (territory & conditions vary)

  • Weekly output: 3–5 qualified consultations set/kept

  • Quality: Accurate notes, tight follow-ups, clean handoffs

You Bring

  • Strong communication, resilience, and a goal-driven mindset

  • Comfortable working outside, walking, and talking to new people

  • Reliable transportation; smartphone for route/CRM

  • HS diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
