What one can expect:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Intern to join Founders Office as a versatile member of the Company. As an Intern, you will be responsible for focused and measurable goals across (a) fund raising (b) Project Management and (c) International expansion plan.
You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with the Founders and leadership team on real, high-impact business initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, operations, finance, sales, business development, and overall startup management.

a) INR 15K per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Raising
a. Investor out-reach, deck management & regular updates and revisions, meetings & follow-ups.
b. Identify right set of Family Offices, Entrepreneurs and VCs active in Climate Tech, Energy Tech & Deep Tech.
c. Scan opportunities of relevant events and showcases either as sponsors or as participants.
d. Grant opportunities across Govt, Semi-govt, Foundations & Institutions e. Any other opportunities like Corporate Capital, Adjacencies & more.
2. Project Management across Livingthings from GTM, Sales & Closure standpoint
a. GTM across existing and newer verticals.
b. Create a pipeline and open new use cases.
c. Extend existing use cases across like-industry brands and expand.
d. Assist GTM team in any other project management requirements.
e. Competitor analysis, templatized and at regular intervals.
3. International expansion - Opportunity sizing & white-paper drafting
a. Map next country/ region for future expansion.
b. Check eco-system and industry specific analytics.
c. Identify best model of collaboration and entry.
d. Chalk out Phase wise plans and take approval from Management.
e. Initiate cold-calling, reach out and meeting arrangement for execution.
4. MOST IMPORTANT – EVERYTHING Else that Founder wants get done!
Qualifications:
(a) Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Finance/ Management.
(b) Knowledge of energy management, IoT, AI and Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
(c) Experience in E-Cell events, fund-raising projects or any other non-technical project will be added advantage.
(d) Clear, impactful & purpose driven communication skills, verbal and written.
(e) No-nonsense attitude, both-ways.
(f) Ability to work with least supervision, but cent-quality and timely output.
(g) Confident in speaking to junior most to senior most person in hierarchy, across any industry/ company/ fund.
(h) Extremely high level of collaboration approach, but focused on getting work done as top priority
