Your Mission

As our Project Manager, you’ll own every project to the moment it’s handed to operations. You’ll work alongside our CEO, dealers, and sales team on developing new projects. Then you’ll lead bringing them to life as they flow through our internal engineering, production shipping and delivery to farms around the world.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with our global dealers and sales team to bid and position new projects, bringing the delivery know-how that makes our proposals win and our commitments realistic.
  • Turn signed deals into executable plans with a master schedule across engineering, production, procurement, and into the field.
  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients and dealers from contract to commissioning.
  • Assist regulatory approvals with agencies across multiple countries.
  • Keep budgets, drawings, polymer supply, and spare parts on track.
  • Set up sites to generate methane avoidance credits, which turn environmental impact into revenue for our clients.
  • Run a modern, AI-powered workflow in Zoho, with no binders and no chasing spreadsheets.


You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have an Engineering diploma or degree (ASET/APEGA registration required) and a PMP or equivalent. PEng is considered a plus.
  • Have some skills in AutoCAD (would be a benefit)
  • Bring 2-5+ years delivering technical projects in manufacturing, industrial, or field installation settings.
  • Know how to rally engineers, production crews, and clients around a deadline.
  • Love clean documentation and lean on tools like Zoho and AI to work smarter.
  • Get excited by travel and by working with farmers and partners across different cultures
