In this position, you will actively develop and scale Synhelion’s HR functions along the employee lifecycle for the whole group organization. You will help accelerate the transition toward a net-zero transportation sector by establishing a culture of continuous development across our international teams and by creating a thriving work environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Group HR oversight: You lead all HR activities across the company and serve as the primary HR subject matter expert for the Swiss operations, while supporting the German operations at a strategic level
- Compensation and benefits: You are responsible for the compensation and benefits strategy, oversee the outsourced payroll, and manage the administration of the employee stock option plan (ESOP)
- Employment law and regulations: You draft employment contracts and maintain employee regulations in accordance with Swiss labor law. Furthermore, you identify employment law risks and ensure company wide compliance
- Recruitment: You manage talent attraction, the interview process, candidate selection, and hiring decisions in the upcoming growth phase of the company
- Organizational development: You drive the evolution of the organizational development, coordinate the processes related to organizational adjustments, including job titles, roles, and functional descriptions, and you lead the annual appraisal and performance review process
- HR operations and administration: You are responsible for the entire HR administration, handle matters such as contract drafting, employment references, absence documentation and communication with authorities. Furthermore, you ensure the smooth and professional on- and offboarding and offboarding process
- HR systems and digitalization: You act as the lead for HRWorks, optimizing the system to automate workflows and maintain a single source of truth
- You have completed an advanced HR qualification (e.g., Swiss HR Federal Diploma or equivalent)
- You have at least 4 – 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, and covering most of the responsibilities listed above
- You are familiar with Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system
- You are tech-savvy and enjoy configuring the HR system and increase efficiency
- You are highly organized and can deliver high-quality results within a 40% part-time role
- German: C2 – Proficient
- English: C2 – Proficient
