Job Description
Lionheart Energy is seeking a motivated and professional Energy Advisor to lead sales of EV charging stations across Connecticut. As a front-line sales rep, you'll connect commercial and multifamily property owners with state and utility-funded EV charger incentives offered through UI and Eversource.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and prospect clients (property owners, managers, developers)

  • Conduct in-person site visits and walkthroughs

  • Deliver proposals and incentive breakdowns

  • Assist with application prep and document collection

  • Stay current on EVSE programs and utility rules

  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline and follow-up

  • Coordinate with internal project teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience

  • Knowledge of clean energy or construction helpful

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM, Excel, online portals

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with EV chargers, solar, HVAC, or site development

  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese)

  • Familiarity with UI and Eversource programs
