Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment selling cutting-edge battery and solar generator products. Supported daily by dedicated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you'll engage directly with qualified leads, educate them on renewable energy solutions, and confidently guide them toward making informed buying decisions.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
Base Pay: $31,200
Uncapped Commissions: Aggressive, competitive structure
Estimated Annual Earnings Portable: $9,000 - $17,500+
Estimated Annual Earnings Sanctuary: $52,000 - $202,800+
Conduct outbound calls daily from our Lindon office, leveraging appointments set by your dedicated SDR team.
Clearly communicate the benefits and advantages of Lion Energy’s battery and solar solutions, guiding customers to informed purchasing decisions.
Manage and document customer interactions through our CRM (HubSpot) and telephony system (Kixie).
Coordinate fulfillment seamlessly using Shopify, ensuring excellent customer experiences from sale to delivery.

You Should Have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
A desire to excel in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude that thrives under pressure.
Bonus Points For:
2+ years of experience in sales (Solar, Pest Control, Security, or Mission-Based work).
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot (CRM), Kixie (dialer), and Shopify (fulfillment).
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
