We are looking for someone to be responsible for the suite of features and strategic view of all In Warehouse Operations. You will partner with our Local Operations teams to identify and implement the best product solutions for the specific needs of our markets.

The In-Warehouse Operations build and scale best practices to efficiently execute In-Warehouse operations, efficiently execute operations, and improve repair cycle:The key performance indicator of this role is to reduce the cost of In-Warehouse operations. Understood as of the cost of IW labor, spare parts, net IW decayed vehicles and lost revenue due to non-operational vehicles (sick).

What You'll Do

    • Manage performance. Track and report all information tied to repair operations. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results
    • Build dashboards, SOPs, and documentation to help local teams monitor KPIs
    • Build and share processes with the local markets, to ensure results
    • Support local experiments and innovations
    • Build the knowledge repository and be a liaison between Central Ops, HW team, Software team, and Local Ops
    • Manage performance. Track and report all information tied to repair operations. Use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track results

About You

    • 4+ years as in operations, engineering, consulting, analyst, or equivalent role
    • Analytical mindset with an understanding of performance management
    • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills; SQL skills a big plus
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders
    • Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the desire to grow with the role
    • Willingness to enable others to achieve the best results
