We are growing the Global Finance organization and are looking for an analytical and insightful Senior Financial Analyst to continue building a strong team and help us achieve our goals. An ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic analyses with an eye toward precision. You will be a strong communicator and work across cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis in support of Lime’s rapid growth. With your background, you will learn from and report directly to a Senior Finance Manager on the team.

What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, tax, operations, G&A groups, etc.) for month end close and periodic financial reporting
    • Help develop and build out enhanced reporting leveraging ERP and financial planning systems
    • Support the consolidated corporate model and related analyses, including budgeting and forecasting for a range of departments across the organization
    • Partner with the local operations teams for P&L analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking
    • Complex scenario modeling to aid leaders in decision making on capital allocation, operational improvements, and other strategic matters
    • Function as a key contributor for critical cross-functional projects owned by finance

About You:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • MBA, CFA qualification a plus
    • At least 5 years work experience in Finance, Accounting or Investment Banking
    • Strong understanding of US GAAP
    • Advanced Excel modeling skills
    • Passion for working in teams and building cross functional relationships
    • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to clearly communicate findings to senior leadership
    • Comfortable working in a start-up environment where data and tasks are nuanced and complex
    • Motivated to build processes that scale with the hyper-growth of the business
    • Based in Eastern or Central time zones of the United States
