We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced recruiter with a strong background in hiring top-tier operations talent. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates for warehouse operations roles across both the United States and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate is adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, excels in fast-paced environments, and brings outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
To be considered, candidates must reside on the East Coast of the United States and possess a successful track record of recruiting for warehouse operations roles on a global scale, specifically in EMEA and North America.
This is a 6 month contract position.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding for our operations organizations, ensuring an excellent experience for everyone involved
Collaborate with operations leadership and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment
Develop and implement streamlined hiring best practices across our operations teams including the development of strategic sourcing strategies that unlock quality talent pipelines for current and future positions
Champion and drive DE&I hiring initiatives
Collaborate with operations leaders to drive data-informed decisions and foster transparent hiring process that support the growth of diverse and sustainable teams
Effectively use our tools (Ashby & LinkedIn Recruiter) and adhere to process SOPs
Present market data to hiring teams regarding the talent and market landscape
About you:
Minimum of 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including strategic sourcing and closing, within a startup environment.
Must have proven expertise in recruiting within a Global environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market research and talent mapping to build effective sourcing strategy including the ability to build diverse talent pipelines
Ability to effectively negotiate offers and close candidates including experience discussing equity
Expertise in using data to drive decisions and influence leadership with strong communication and relationship building skills
