Our Logistics team is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join the team! The individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our worldwide shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent client services skills to oversee operations for our warehouses across North America. The individual hired into this role must be comfortable supporting multiple time zones.

This position is remote friendly. You can live where you love and still be a key part of Lime (US only).

What You'll Do:

    • Maintain the accuracy of shipment data as it relates to the product movements
    • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, agents, and suppliers on shipment pickup and delivery status
    • Schedule, manage and monitor all shipments
    • Monitor and manage shipment to ensure OTD
    • Working with Customs broker on import clearance
    • Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments
    • Maintain all shipping documents as per company policy
    • Provide periodic reports Work and support the Senior Logistics Manager with projects regarding daily event coordination and presentation materials
    • Communicate with each team member regarding the daily performance and potential challenges and assist to manage the workflow
    • Work between Logistics team and other departments across various countries to enhance communication and improve work efficiency
    • Collaborate with China suppliers on product operation including production process optimization and renovation of product itself Drive collaboration between Lime logistics partners and internal teams
    • Identify problems and find solutions while working under tight time constraints
    • Develop and maintain logistics/supply chain procedures and task tracking

About You:

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
    • 5+ years experience in both domestic & international logistics
    • Experience managing international shipments in LATAM or Canada is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills with various internal and external stakeholders and ability to partner with cross functional teams
    • Detail oriented with proven ability to maintain large quantities of accurate and timely data by creating and maintaining variety of reporting needs
    • Ability to manage projects end to end
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize
    • Proactive and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word and G Suite

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $52,000 plus bonus and equity (when eligible) as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
