The Security Program Manager role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver security best practices throughout Lime’s products and teams. You will develop and scale our programs related to government regulatory, customer, and corporate security requirements

What You'll Do:

    • Build and continuously improve the security program at Lime
    • Improve security-related standards and processes
    • Discover weaknesses and implement security controls across various areas, including application, infrastructure, data, and IoT security.

About You :

    • A degree in CS, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
    • More than FIVE years in technical program management on security or software engineering programs
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and leadership teams
    • Good understanding of application and infrastructure security (pentest, bug bounty, incident response)Experience with security compliance standards and frameworks (PCI, ISO, SOC2, NIST CSF, etc)
    • Familiarity with IoT security a plus
    • Industry certifications in information security or program management such as CISSP, CISM
